I am a sculptural ceramic artist seeking one or two artist to share the rent for this fantastic lofty work space within a beautifuly renovaterdlbrick building that functionedto be a stable for repairing horshoes!

Description of amenities and other tenants;

Within the building there are other artisians, wood workers, light metal fabricators, custom drapery busimess and more.
All together there are 7 tenants.

A wonderful private interior courtyard is available to spill out into weather permitting.

There is ample steer parking available.

My equipment to share:
I have a kiln, slab roller, worktables and drying racks.
There is some amount of clay dust involved with my work and I do paint and glaze my work as well.
