Evanston ceramic Studio share

Available Aug 1, 2018: Accepting applications starting July 1st.

Work space available in small ceramic Studio. Preference of ceramic, glass artist, sculptor or jeweler, but will consider any visual artist.

In dry basement (it's an old Evanston Art Center sculpture studio) with high ceilings, good lighting, heating, electricity and internet included in the monthly rent $173 (separate liability insurance required).

Paid kiln firings available, and studio is already wired for a small jewelry, test, or glass-fusing kiln (at no extra firing or electrical cost).

Feel free to share the coffe pot and small fridge already in studio. Space is small dog-friendly.

Any visual creative is invited to apply. Lease from 6 - 12 months . Reference available from my previous subletters. Located at the Noyes St. El stop.

You would be eligible to exhibit in the Cultural Center Gallery and participate in the Fall open houses held by the tenant artist group.

Teaching out of the studio space also allowed.

Handicapped accessible, and anyone with physical limitations is encouraged to apply.
